JOLAFUNBS Foods – Return Policy

At JOLAFUNBS Foods, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
•⁠  ⁠In its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
•⁠  ⁠Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process:
1.⁠ ⁠Open a return request through our returns portal.
2.⁠ ⁠If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Postage Fees:
•⁠  ⁠A return postage fee of £4.60 (for items up to 10kg) applies for returns due to customer preference.
•⁠  ⁠Free returns are not available for customer preference.
•⁠  ⁠To avoid unnecessary returns, please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Provide photos if possible. We will promptly evaluate the issue and find a resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
•⁠  ⁠Perishable food items, including seasonal products such as advent calendars, chocolates, and gift sets. These cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
•⁠  ⁠Custom products (e.g., personalized items or special orders)
•⁠  ⁠Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
•⁠  ⁠Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
•⁠  ⁠Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item following the process above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return:

•⁠  ⁠If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
•⁠  ⁠Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
